I don't. The people that do this are empty and hollow. Never feeling true warmth. In order to be able to shut those kinds of feelings off, you must first limit yourself to what you feel in the first place. You guarantee yourself no pain, but you sacrifice true loving feelings in return. I do not think it is a fair trade at all.
